How to submit a request
Email david_yj@msn.com with the subject “Vehara data deletion request.” Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Vehara account and state whether you want to delete the entire account or specific information.
Identity verification
We may ask you to confirm control of the account or complete another proportionate verification step before acting. Do not email your password, authentication code, payment-card information, private report link code or government identification unless we provide a secure and specifically required method.
What deletion covers
After verification, deletion may include account profile information, private vehicle records, display settings and uploaded vehicle media. Published vehicle pages associated with deleted records will no longer be available. If you request only a narrower deletion, we will apply it where technically and legally feasible.
Information that may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, audit or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required by law. Protected backup copies are not used as active customer records and may remain until they expire or are replaced under operational retention practices. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Vehara.
Before requesting deletion
Save any information you want to keep. Account deletion can remove access to vehicle histories, documents, reports and public pages services and may not be reversible. Cancelling a subscription alone does not automatically delete the account or its records.
