Before purchasing points
Review the point quantity, final price, discount and any tax shown in Stripe Checkout. Vehara point purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. If you do not want the displayed terms, do not complete checkout.
Requesting a refund
Open the applicable purchase in your Vehara transaction history and select Request refund. Include enough information for us to identify and review the transaction. You may also contact david_yj@msn.com. Never send a password, authentication code or complete payment-card number.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed using the purchase record, payment status, point balance, point usage and the reason provided. Approval is not automatic after points have been used, except where required by law or where the purchase or service was defective, duplicated, unauthorized or otherwise eligible for a refund. We may request reasonable additional information before deciding a request.
Approved refunds
An approved refund is issued to the original payment method through Stripe. The corresponding points are removed from the account, so the account must have enough unused points to complete an ordinary full refund. Bank and card processing time after issuance is controlled by Stripe and the customer's financial institution.
Declined, cancelled or incomplete checkout
A checkout that is cancelled, expired or declined normally creates no completed purchase and therefore needs no refund. If your payment method appears charged but Vehara does not show the points, do not purchase again; refresh the transaction history and contact support so the payment can be reconciled.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be limited. This policy applies only to Vehara service-point purchases and not to the price, payment, deposit or other terms of a vehicle transaction between a seller and a Dealer.
